In order to build strong relationships between publishers on the one side and Monetag on the other side, and to make the payment process transparent, we apply the KYC process.
KYC is an acronym for “Know Your Customer,” a term used for the customer identification process. The KYC procedure includes providing documents to determine the true identity and beneficial ownership of the account. International business standards require this procedure, which helps make communication regarding legal and financial issues easier.
When verification is required, you have several options. You can either:
Log in to your Monetag account and complete the verification process by clicking "Verify my identity" on the notification that appears on the main page of your Monetag dashboard.
Also, you may find the notification about KYC and Sumsub verification in the payments section of your account
To complete this account verification process, you must provide our team with the state-issued ID, information about your payment account linked to the Monetag account, or any additional information that may be deemed relevant.
Please ensure that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you use a valid email address so that we can communicate with you effectively. The Customer information you submit to us will be verified within 5-7 business days. We highly recommend providing it approximately 14 days before the payment due date.
According to our Terms and Conditions, we may request documents confirming your identity and payment details in certain cases. The publisher's agreement (clause 6.7) provides more information.
If you work with PayPal, we usually make a test payment first to ensure that you can receive money from us. It will be made before your first withdrawal.
