Here are the most common reasons why your payment was rejected:

  • Your profile didn't complete the World Check approval. At the moment Monetag is in a process of integrating KYC system into our business processes.

    Solution: Provide us with a copy of your ID or any other official document confirming your identity via email contact.us@monetag.com or in your personal account.

  • You have set up incorrect payment details.

    Solution: Review and update the payment information in your profile.

  • You didn’t link your Payoneer account to your Monetag account.

  • The balance of your Webmoney account exceeded its maximum limit.
    Solution: Withdraw some funds from your Webmoney account, add another Webmoney profile or change the payment method.

  • The Wire transfer was returned from your bank due to incorrect details.
    Solution: Review and update the payment information in your profile and contact your bank for clarifications.
