There is no need to worry if you can’t log in.

First of all, ensure that you are using the correct username (usually it is your email address) and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot password?" button before logging in.

Make sure that you’ve checked the Spam / Promotions inbox to find the confirmation link from Monetag.

In case the previous steps didn’t help please try the following options:

  • Clean your browser's cache / cookies and try to log in again;

  • If failed, simply try to do it in another browser.

If none of those steps helped you to log in please contact us via support@monetag.com, attaching a screenshot of the issue (the error message should be seen clearly) and describing it in detail. We'll be glad to help!
