To start displaying ads on your site and monetize traffic you need to add your website(s) to our system and choose the ad format(s) you want to work with.
Click on the Sites section and choose the "Add site” option, then enter your website domain name and click on the “Add site” button.
Then you will see 3 main verification options. Choose one of the following:
download the file and save it in the root folder of the site;
get a verification tag and place it in the header of the site's source code;
WordPress sites can be verified via our official plugin.
Option 1: Uploading a file
While working with this verification method, you need to download the sw.js file and save it in the root folder of your site (a directory containing all files and subfolders of the site).
Option 2: Insert a verification meta tag in the site's source code
Copy the verification code (meta tag) and place it between the <head> and </head> tags in your site's source code (in a website builder or code editor).
Option 3: WordPress Plugin
If your website is based on WordPress, feel free to check this manual on how to install our official plugin. When it's up and running click on the Check verification button to link your website with Monetag plugin and start working with ad formats.

Once you've added the tag to your source code (or the HTML file has been uploaded), click on the "Verify" button. Your site should be verified within a few minutes.
